Alexandra Breckenridge is finding new ways to occupy her days off from Virgin River—but one activity is making fans slightly concerned.

While the Netflix series is in production for season 8, the show’s cast is making the most of the days they’re not filming. Alexandra, in particular, picked up pottery-making and showed off some of her skills to her followers on Instagram.

“Practice makes perfect,” she wrote in the caption on June 26. “Not every cup, bowl or plate loss or otherwise turns out the way you want it to, but for me it’s mostly the enjoyment of watching the clay become something.”

While folks loved watching Alexandra get messy with her art, some voiced concerns about how she was going about it. Mainly, people were worried about her hair getting caught during the process.

“Please please please be careful with your hair! I was so worried it was going to get pulled in. But also, that was amazing!” one person begged Alexandra in the comments. “I was worried too!! 🙏,” another agreed. “This was relaxing until I started worrying about your ponytail,” a different follower added.

Pottery isn’t the only thing Alexandra has been up to this summer. As she teased in an Instagram post back in April, she’s making sure she’s prepared for Virgin River season 8.

“Trying to stay hydrated, sanitized and always maintain fresh breath,” she wrote alongside a photo of her water bottle, hand sanitizer, and breath spray next to a video camera. “Virgin River S8.”
